STORE POLICIES
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We use Direct Freight Express, Australia Post and other shipping companies to distribute goods around Australia. All consignments are accompanied by a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your delivery.
As a default, we will (on your behalf) provide the carrier with an authority to leave the package at the front door if the property is unattended.
For this reason it’s preferable to use a business address or an address that is attended during business hours. You must advise us at the time of order if an “authority to leave” is not acceptable.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered for online retail orders over $200 inc. GST for delivery within Australia. This offer may be subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice. Other conditons may apply, and offer may not be used in conjunction with some other offers or specials.
Same Day Despatch
We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 12pm AEST (or AEDST when applicable) the same business day. Some exceptions apply, and during peak sale periods, delays in dispatch can occur. Deliveries to WA not included.
Returns & Warranty
Warranty & Dead on Arrival (DOA):
If your product has failed, or arrived DOA, we are more than happy to find a solution for you!
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item or the fault occurring. We recommend opening boxes straight away upon receipt of your order to inspect the contents.
For any claims, contact us by email at racing@wildslide.com.au We may require pictures of the product/issues, and the packaging, as well as a filled out warranty claim form.
If we accept the claim, we may ask you to send the product back to us in its original packing, along with a copy of the invoice. Depending on the nature of the claim we will provide you with a replacement product, a refund, or a credit.
Change of Mind
If you do not want/require the item anymore, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Parts must be in their original packaging, and unopened/undamaged. Returns of products that have been damaged, modified or tampered with will not be accepted. Goods that have already been opened are subject to our approval. You must pay for your own return postage.
Returns which are accepted will incur a restocking fee. Our restocking fee is 15% ($20 minimum) for items in original packaging. A 40% restocking fee applies for any approved items not in their original packaging.
Products in original packaging can be returned for account credit and will not incur a restocking fee.
"Special Order" or "Non-Stocked" items are not returnable
